Kansas City, MO – The Kansas City Cyclones rallied late to defeat the Fort Worth Bulls 4-3 in the series opener on Monday night. Despite the Bulls' strong start, the Cyclones took advantage of a three-run seventh inning to secure the victory.

Fort Worth’s Leroy Ramey hit a three-run homer in the third inning, and Bill Scruby added a solo shot in the seventh to put the Bulls ahead 5-1. However, Kansas City answered in the fifth with a solo home run by Tim Murray.
